ProTemps/ProTegé is a full service personnel placement agency with over 25 years of service in staffing solutions for your office, general labour and management needs. We offer services in temporary, contract and permanent recruitment.

TESTS AND EVALUATIONS

ProTemps/ProTegé utilizes the "Skill Check" computerized testing program. This testing is specialized in Secretarial, Word Processing, Spreadsheets and Data Entry. General Labour employees are tested on Math, Reading, Spelling, Manual Dexterity and most importantly WHMIS. Computer based testing for warehouse, production and safety are also available.

REFERENCING

References are conducted to verify the performance and track record of every individual we hire. All references may be provided to you at your request. Only those individuals with proven work ethic and the skills required will qualify as potential candidates with ProTemps/ProTegé. Only the most suitable candidates will be referred with satisfaction guaranteed.

CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT

Our recruiters will constantly keep you informed of the status of your orders. If it appears we do not have an immediate qualified candidate we will place a service call to inform you as soon as possible.

TIME SHEETS

Time sheets are required to be completed on a weekly basis by all temporary employees. They are provided to them by ProTemps/ProTegé and will be submitted for your signature. This allows us to verify and complete payroll for the employee on a weekly basis, producing either a pay cheque or direct deposit for each employee. Time sheets are also available to print from this web site.

INVOICING

Invoices are processed on a weekly basis. We have the ability to customize the information needed according to your requirements per invoice, i.e.: Number of individuals per invoice, department breakdowns, project numbers or purchase order numbers.

REPORT MANAGEMENT

A variety of reports are available upon request, ie: outlining number of employees, billing rates, job description, numbers of hours and total hours billed.

RECRUITING QUALITY EMPLOYEES

This is our mandate; resulting in a continual computerized database of experienced employees. We are very selective and thorough in our screening process. Through testing and referencing we use only the top percentile of those candidates screened.
